I came to look at a new car and was surprised when i walked away owning a brand new Jeep Compass. I was handled nicely by your sales person Fred. Hi Pete, I just bought a new Dodge Ram 09 and thought I'd let you know how much I like it and your dealership. I went in expecting a hassle trying to get a fair price, but then I met Christian. He just started working there and I ended up becoming his first sale! This might of not been possible with an impatient salesman because at first we were way off what I had to spend and what you were asking. But Christian was very good about getting personally involved, researching prices on several models and encouraging me to keep trying. In the end you guys came down, I came up and both of us got a great deal. I have been a loyal Dodge RAM owner for many years now but this was my first visit to Napleton. I have and will tell others where I got my truck and how nice everybody was. Mutual respect isnt a lost art after all. Thanks! |
