The most important part of the announcement is that Chrysler is not going out of business and neither is Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Kissimmee, Florida. Chrysler and its dealers, including us, will continue to sell and service vehicles and honor warranties without any interruptions. You can still have 100% confidence in the Chrysler product and the Napleton commitment to you.

• Chrysler will still be offering consumers incentives and offering the same Lifetime Warranties on new vehicle purchases.
• The type of bankruptcy that Chrysler has filed for is for reorganization purposes. It should allow a leaner new company to emerge in a matter of 30-60 days, well positioned for long term viability.
• The partnership with Fiat, once established, will transform Chrysler into a vibrant new company with many strategic advantages. It will enable Chrysler to better service its customers and dealers with a broader and a more competitive line–up of environmentally friendly, fuel efficient, high quality vehicles.
• We want to make it clear that Chrysler is a great American company. As is the case currently, Chrysler’s operations will still remain based in the U.S and will employ tens of thousands of Americans directly at the supplier and dealer levels. In addition, Chrysler will continue its proud tradition of American engineering and manufacturing into the future.
